TEAS Score Calculator (teasscorecalculator.com) is part of Prep Master Digital, operated by RBC Publishing & Consulting, 1309 Coffen Ave Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. This policy explains what personal data we collect on this site, how we use it, who we share it with and your rights. It works together with the Prep Master Digital Privacy Policy, which covers purchases and accounts on prepmasterdigital.com.
What we collect
- Email address, when you ask for a free resource or to be notified. If you tick the optional box, we also record that you agreed to receive study tips and offers, with the date, the exact wording you saw and the page.
- Usage and device data (pages viewed, clicks, approximate location from IP, browser and device type), through Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel.
- Your answers in our free tests stay in your browser; we only record that a test was started or finished.
Cookies and measurement
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity set cookies to count visits and understand which pages help visitors. The Meta Pixel sets cookies to measure visits and purchases that come from our ads on Facebook and Instagram. These tools load shortly after the page. You can block them with your browser settings or an ad blocker and the site keeps working. Details in our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
To send you what you asked for, to improve the site, to measure our advertising and — only if you agreed — to send occasional study tips and offers. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. We never sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need: Prep Master Digital's systems on prepmasterdigital.com (email list and orders), Supabase (database hosting), Resend (email delivery), Google (Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), Meta Platforms (ad measurement) and PayPro Global (payments, as Merchant of Record, if you buy). We may disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Email and consent records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them; after unsubscribing we keep only a suppression record so we don't email you again. Analytics data is kept according to each provider's retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@prepmasterdigital.com. California residents can ask what we collected and opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising through our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page; we apply the opt-out on our systems. We do not sell personal information for money. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
